I worked at Walmart Stores as an intern for less than a year

Pros – Helpful environment surrounded by people who have many years with the company to aid in understanding and growth

Cons – It is a difficult path to the top. You really have to pay your dues for a while, then you get hansomly rewarded once you reach a store manager position or higher.

Advice to Senior Management – Know your employees and keep them happy. The biggest problem is the hourly employees feeling disgruntled then taking it out on the customers, that will cause the company a lot of lost opportunity for growth.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
