“Lack of opportunity for women in Camdenton MO”
Former Employee – worked at Walmart Stores full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – I was crosstrained quite well.The associates were nice. Management a few nice, a few evil that killed my hopes and dreams.
Cons – Never promoted or allowed in the first in line mgt. training program.I was lied to and trained for womenswear dept manager and they gave it to someone else when they had me work nights when I was a full time mom and college student. Then I was pass up everytime whether it be support manager, dept. manager, CSM, or first in line program.
Advice to Senior Management – Do not get people's hopes up and trample them. It hurts. I left because I had a business degree and no one cared.I now am the proud owner of a worthless business administration degree. Congradulations.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
