    Pros

New challenges, work on different categories. Will get an opportunity to work with many cross functional partners. Experience counts more than having an MBA.

    Cons

Difficult to get promoted. Some colleagues are not team players. Career path is not clearly defined and depends if you are a favorite of your manager.

    Pros

Latest technology in market is being utilized for implementing services. Attracted good talent for IT implementations. Compensation is good for employees.

    Cons

There is no work life balance working in services due to the growing demands that need to be delivered. Aggressive timelines and changing leadership.

    Advice to Management

Need to have clear vision that does not change frequently
