    Pros

Working at Disney you get to meet lots of people from all over the world, make long lasting friendships, which is guaranteed to happen. And you well never know how much connection you have to move up your career until you have used up all the connections, which won't happen. Plus Disney looks good on any resume period.

    Cons

Your starting pay will be pennies, close to nothing and unless you have a second job or something or someone that can help you financially, you'll go broke before you can move up the Disney ladder.

Costumes not uniforms! are hideous. Not even a therapist could tell your beautiful.

Dress code violations? you'll find your in one everyday. That how many there are.

The cons list could go on, but it's so much more effective to see for yourself and be the judge.
