The Disney Club: hard to get into, but worth it.

I worked at Walt Disney Company part-time for less than a year

Pros

Once you're in, the Disney family is very loyal. No one ever leaves because they are so happy there--like Disney Land. Promotions are slow to come but they do.

Cons

It does feel like a clique, and you really do have to know someone within, maybe even several people to vet you.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

They're doing a great job. The networking aspect of garnering a position is just part of the industry. But, for an outsider...it's near impossible to secure a position of any merit.
