I worked at Walt Disney Company full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Great experience to have under your belt. I've gotten so many questions in previous interviews about my time at Disney. Great pay. What more could you ask for 6 months in Florida working at Disney World, getting paid and free entrance to the parks.

    Cons

Depending on where you are placed. The regular employees seem stuck up when it comes to the CP's coming in and doing there job. They will work you to the bone if you let them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make your CP's seem welcome.
