I worked at Walt Disney Company full-time for more than a year

Pros

I really enjoyed the inclusiveness I felt from day one. I immediately received a benefits package, and they were ready for me to start on my first day... little things like my Email, Corporate Card, etc were laid out and ready to go! Many companies let you start and it takes weeks to feel like they want you there!

Cons

Within the office I worked in, my manager and I didn't see eye-to-eye. It wasn't a personal thing, and not even a fault on the manager... we just had different management styles.

I have been working at Walt Disney Company full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good work & life balance. Decent pay. Perks and Movie review is very good.

Quite a lot of different teams and uses almost all kinds of technology you can think of.

    Cons

The company is not technical oriented which means the its tech stack is quite messy. The managers are more business oriented than technical oriented. They focus more on the value of the product or service rather than the technical merit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To attract high-skilled talents, please keep the work more technically interesting and also make the long term vision more clear.
