“Not The Best Place To Be”
Current Employee – been working at Waltham Services
Pros – The company offers independence, technical support and supplies when needed. There is access to entomologists. They also accommodate people when they need time off.
Cons – Their appointment scheduling and routes is a nightmare.There is never enough time to do the job right. They are always short of help and push those who are there.
Advice to Senior Management – There are too many friends and friends of friends in the company who are non producers or just incompetent. The lack of accountability is amazing.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
