`“a great learning experience, although the upper management does not know how to get the best from people.”`

Former Employee – worked at Warnaco Group

Pros – amazing internship experience with lots of workshops to further learning and helpful reviews.

Cons – i stared at a computer screen all day. upper management tends to give insufficient guidance.

Advice to Senior Management – tell your employees what you want from them, don't just expect perfection when offering minimal guidance.
