Pros – #1 brand in the market, there is no other entertainment company that has the market prestige or market power than warner. this is not to be understated - this power enables them access to the best talent and positions them well with major customers. within wb, there are challenges but also a lot of opportunities to succeed. they are very loyal to their people, which means that you essentially get tenure although it is informal. there is also a lot of dead wood and bureaucracy as a result. i would recommend warner to anyone simply based on the brand. overall a good place to work.
