Warner Bros. Senior Financial Analyst in Burbank, CA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

It's a large company and the benefits are good. Warner Bros is very good at offering employees additional days off (ie:Summer Fridays, if a holiday lands on a Wednesday or Thursday usually we get the rest of the week off).

Cons

Too much overtime. Work life balance is not good enough. Also, salary is not competitive enough.

Advice to Senior Management

Provide a better working environment. Work life balance is important.
