Former Employee - Executive Assistant in Burbank, CA

I worked at Warner Bros. full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I heard of the perks and sense of teamwork but did not experience it.

    Cons

Verbally abusive managers that HR is aware of, does nothing to remedy thereby sanctioning this type of harassing behavior towards subordinates.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You should make the WB work experience outlined in orientation available to employees in ALL departments. If not possible, you should definitely warn employees going into departments with known management abuses.
