I worked at Warner Bros. Records

    Pros

Great place to live the dream. Tough to get promoted or move to other areas. You're golden if you have history with your superior or if they brought you I'n from another region.

    Cons

Cliques are real and senior execs want their people when they get hired frOm the outside.
Only other downside is the business continues to shrink

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give the current employees a chance before railroading them I'n favor of your own
There's not much open diologue with regard to performance. You'll just have to figure out that you're no longer wanted on your own.
