Not my "forever" job

Specialty Sales Representative (Current Employee)

ProsDecent pay, company car, good insurance. They will hire you without pharma experience.

ConsBonus structure is impossible, and your hard work is never enough. Fear of always getting fired. There's a lot of illegal activity going on, quid pro quo. Be prepared to sell your soul.

Advice to Senior ManagementEmployees are killing themselves to keep their jobs, sacrificing time with family, and only to move on or be fired within a few years.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
