“Learned a lot from the many challenges presented.”
Former Employee – worked at Warner Chilcott Limited
Pros – Worked with many fine people on a vast array of projects.Friendly atmosphere,good office amenities,good place to work.
Cons – Workload could be very heavy at times.Communication and guidance could sometimes suffer as a result of people being spread thin.
Advice to Senior Management – They should bring back the monthly communications meetings,as this was a great way to learn more about the direction of the company and also to have new employees be formally introduced.
