“Contractor's Experience with Warner Chilcott”
Former Employee – worked at Warner Chilcott Limited as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – Nothing I can of think of.
Cons – Old mind setting in iT department in 21st Century. I would say very backward. Unprofessional IT department, No communications. Supervisor acts like fast food restaurant manager. Too many contractors with too much decision making.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire IT managers with the latest mindset. Not jokers.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
