Pros – Get a steady salary and still get to work in the music industry
Cons – Hectic
Disorganized
It didn't seem like people wanted to make changes that would benefit the music industry, they only seemed to want to continue down the same path that has taken them to the sorry state they are in today
Advice to Senior Management – Get some fresh new ideas and rework the system
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
