    Get a steady salary and still get to work in the music industry

    Cons

    Hectic
    Disorganized
    It didn't seem like people wanted to make changes that would benefit the music industry, they only seemed to want to continue down the same path that has taken them to the sorry state they are in today

    Get some fresh new ideas and rework the system

    Pros

    The industry is unique and depending upon your role / department, opportunity to be in a very creative position with exposure to artists.

    Cons

    Very siloed culture across business units.
    Sr. Leaders are virtually invisible to employees.
    Communication is poor at best. Successes and accomplishments are so rarely celebrated or publicized across the business.
    There is virtually no desire within the business to improve how we do things.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hold Town Hall Meetings at least 2x / year. Share and celebrate major accomplishments, communicate a clear vision for the future.
