    Pros

The company has a long tradition of being a great place to work at. Majority of the people that work there are great. The benefits are good, and working conditions overall are very good.

    Cons

The executives are fad followers. Every new fad that someone dreams up, they are all for implementing. They lack focus on the core business which is insurance and instead chase half baked ideas on regular basis, which only result in the company losing money.
There is also a bonus structure in place, which is nice, but seems like it was setup to enrich the executives and senior managers. The higher your pay grade the higher percentage your bonus. If you're a phone rep, you can expect to get a few hundred dollars, while the CEO gets few hundred thousand.
Additionally there is way too many senior managers for a company this size. Does a company with 300 employees really need CEO and a COO??

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop all these initiatives that have nothing to do with the actual business and just let people do their job.
Stop pretending that you want open and honest work place where everyone has a voice. You do not, and you run a top down command structure. That's fine. Admit it, quit pretending and move on.
