I worked at Washington Metro full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

-Employee Benefits are great
-Endless Networking Opportunities
-Free of charge transportation to and from work
-Great environment for training

Cons

-Outdated ways/style of management
-Not up to date on technology
-Too many unnecessary, frivolous and ineffective meetings
-Yes, great environment for training but does not foster employee growth; promotion

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management should pay attention to mid-level managers. Accountability & Responsibilities could be much better.
