Pros
Good IT culture, top people in IT department, openess to suggestions, great work office environment and location in downtown Seattle
Cons
Too sad the company collapsed and was taken over by Chase -- top IT people were cut, while at downturn limited Software Develpment process no new features
Advice to Senior Management
Sad to see top IT people gone -- not IT's fault, look at Chase -- top business management and phylosophy, which is the key
