Washington Post – “Not a place for young talent!”
4 of 4 people found this helpfulPros
Great work-life balance - you get at least three weeks paid vacation and 15 sick days on top of it and generally management doesn't hassle you about utilizing all those days to the fullest.
Very laid-back atmosphere - easy to feel comfortable here
Cons
Not a place for young people looking for aggressive career growth and challenges. At its heart, the WP is a very old school company that is best suited for older people.
Advice to Senior Management
Do more to incentivize your employees - bigger salary bumps, better challenges, more promotions and recognition of talent and accomplishments.
Get rid of the people who are dragging the plce down - there are a LOT of them!
