    Pros

-Always willing to talk and be helpful
    -Family type environment
-Can be Fast-Paced (makes the day whip past)
    -Good learning experience
-Provide lunch A LOT! (cake and ice-cream if a co-worker birthday)
-Laid back environment, but still very professional at the same time
-Ability to meet and work with some very important people in the organization
    -Free Parking

    Cons

-Can have dead "work" days (I interned during the offseason, in-season probably doesn't experience this as much)
-Some individuals can come off as misleading at times, in an attitude sense

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue doing what you're doing. Senior management in the department was great and friendly, really understood what it meant to be an intern and really wanted to see me succeed for my efforts. Now for management above my department, it wouldn't hurt to start to pay interns, even if minimum wage just for gas and food.
