Current Employee - Human Resources in Laurel, MD

    Pros

Location convenient to Laurel and 495.

    Cons

The IT department is completely mismanaged, poorly trained mid level managers, security that is poor. Strict standards on employee reviews, known as PA's are counterproductive, intimidating and lower morale. Turnover is legendary, whole groups of employees were let go in the past.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Either outsource IT entirely, or transfer current management into other positions within the commission.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
