“not bad if you like drama”
I have been working at Waste Management
Pros – good pay the benefits aren't bad good vacation and personal days. You have good equipment to work with and the hiring process is easy
Cons – Senior management is horrible at times, they need to promote form within, how can you try to tell someone how to drive a truck and you don't have a CDL.
Advice to Senior Management – hire more management with cdl and have them actually do things for their employees instead of sweeping whatever they say under the rug
