“Waste Management gave me the opportunity to advance when my position had been eliminated 16 years ago.”
Former Employee – worked at Waste Management full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – the salary rate is one of the highest in the industry and they will provide opportunity when available to move to other areas of their employment.
Cons – Very large company and sometimes one gets lost in the mix.
Advice to Senior Management – relieve some of the pressure in sales to sell services at a premium when the completion is much lower.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
