Pros

- Flexible Position
- Opportunities for growth
- Support of immediate management
- Great benefits and employee discounts
- Family orientated company for the most part.

Cons

- Lower than average pay. Do not pay competitively pay employees based on talents
- Typical of who you know, not what you know.

Advice to Senior Management

Increase salaries to retain and attract better talent. Offer performance based pay increases, not just the standard 3% increase.
