Good benefits, adequate salary, there will always be garbage so the waste industry will always be around.

Cons

Constant changes with make you always feel that the atmosphere is unstable. You never know when layoffs are around the corner to satisfy Wall Street Q4 reports, positions merged-eliminated etc. Just when you get comfortable with the functions of your job-they change everything around again. To large of a "corporate mind" structure.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop pandering to Wall Street and realize your employees and customers are more important. Treat them well and your numbers will fall into place and WS will reflect the positive attributes of stability.
