Waste Management – “Be careful where you are”
Pros
Fortune 500 company with good executive leadership
Cons
Communication isn't very good and all employee engagement programs never last. Corporate office is fine but field management is lacking!
Advice to Senior Management
There should be a strong look at some of the middle management team members. Not qualified to do their jobs!
