Easy work. No expectations. Unlimited vacation days. Take off whenever you want and come back whenever you want. Then can easily catch up with your work within one day.

Cons

No pay. Management doesn't care about customers, only money. Cheat people out of money and constantly customer complaints. No ethics whatsoever.

Advice to Senior Management

You can't run a business and expect customers to come back and give you good reviews when you don't treat them right in the first place and put them first. You can't run a business based on lies. You will only last a couple years, as you did, and then failed.
