High quality co-workers, very customer-focused which company and products highly respected in industry, market leading products, innovation in the market compared to competition, highly knowledgeable and respectful management and helpful co-workers, very challenging work environment, family-like work atmosphere.

Cons

Too much travel, felt like there were no immediate opportunities for advancement without being at the company for a long time, co-workers selected for promotion were not well received/respected by others.

Advice to Senior Management

Overall management does a fantastic job. Promote individuals who really know the customer and products well and who are well respected by their peers and co-workers, not the ones who have management's 'ear' and suck up on their way to a promotion. Do more to connect with the employees 2 or more levels below your level.
