Waterstone's – “Not bad if you love books”
Pros
If you love books, this is the place to work. Knowledgeable staff, but several have chips on their shoulders.
Cons
Heavy workload and very under staffed, pay is poor.
Advice to Senior Management
Make bonus payments attainable and pay more.
