“Growing pains...”
Current Employee – been working at Watson Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Great benefits! Opportunities to form great friendships! Some high performing teams!
Cons – Lots of politics...it depends on who you work for whether or not you will have opportunity for growth. Being highly productive may not be enough...Communication & work life balance needs improvement.
Advice to Senior Management – Need more strategic plans that are pushed top down. Otherwise, we waste time reinventing the wheel with lots of rework. Communication & work-life balance needs improvement.
