    Pros

Great benefits! Opportunities to form great friendships! Some high performing teams!

    Cons

Lots of politics...it depends on who you work for whether or not you will have opportunity for growth. Being highly productive may not be enough...Communication & work life balance needs improvement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need more strategic plans that are pushed top down. Otherwise, we waste time reinventing the wheel with lots of rework. Communication & work-life balance needs improvement.

Since Paul Bisaro took the helm, venomous and hostile motivates through fear.

I have been working at Watson Pharmaceuticals

    Pros

Salary is decent; conforms to recognized standards.

    Cons

No consideration for work/home life balance. The site leadership team is not proactive. Always a day late and a dollar short when it comes to resources. No overlaying of resources and timelines. Site leadership makes no distinction between duration and effort when managing their most important resource…people. The worst place to be in the Watson organization is middle management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Remove the General Manager...get real.
