    I worked at Watson Wyatt

    Pros

Alot of opportunities for advancement. Very competitive compensation package. Wonderful people to work with. Lots of diversity in terms of clients served. Services we provide are very valuable and I was proud to be a part of the compensation team.

    Cons

Sometimes have too much pressure to get projects done quickly. Don't like to be constantly compared to other co-workers performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give more support to employees that work hard but may not have a lot of self confidence. These are the employees that are loyal and really care about producing quality work.

    I worked at Watson Wyatt

    Pros

If you are interested in benefits and compensation, Watson Wyatt is the most professional staff in the industry. I learned a lot about the industry while I was allowed analytical freedom to perform work I thought would provide value to the company. The Senior Analyst I worked with provided me both with mentorship and encouragement leaving me with an excellent experience. While I eventually decided the industry was not for me it was a great learning opportunity for me.

    Cons

The work can be a little tedious if you are expecting more client interaction at a lower level.
