Very focused company with lots of creative and good people in there
Tight ?imetable with mostly solid product releases
Good balance between work hours and time for family

Cons

Stagnation, inability to understand where their market is going and adapt to
Incompetence of Management personnel in their field
Management does not listen to what employees say
Management encourages yesmanship, no initiative allowed

Very disssatisfying plans on healthcare,
absence of basic needs (food plan or such),
no annual salary increase

Advice to Senior Management

Young, thirsty for success generation should replace dying and tired management.
