Wawa – “Great Company, Really Depends on your Manager”

Pros

good benefits, pay is ok for what you do, form friendships with fellow employees, have the opportunity to work alot of hours

Cons

My problem with Wawa has nothing to do with the company. My store general manager played favorites and isn't always fair in her treatment of employees. I asked to work more hours and she cut my hours. My issues are most likely not universal of the company as a whole.
