    Pros

Advancement opportunities, Fantastic benefit package, competitive compensation packages, caring friendly atmosphere. Work/life balance focus, Employee ownership through the ESOP.

    Cons

Long hours based on convenience to customers, open 24/7/365, on your feet all shift long, the job is not for everybody it's harder than it looks.

    Advice to Management

Ensure development opportunities are presented to employees and they know thier options.

  2. Horrible. This company has made a turn for the worse and become corrupt.

    Pros

Networking with the massive amounts of different customers.

    Benefits.

    Cons

The favoritism and negative/hostile work environment.

They say they are flexible, but even with all my time put in, its next to impossible to get the schedule you need.

The inside-store scandals that go on, while HR does nothing to help, and basically chooses sides with upper management over anyone else.

    Advice to Management

Area managers need to come in a lot more often and get to know their employees and actual check up on how things are going in the store, rather than just how the store looks.

They need to actually embrace their "core values".

Respect and listen to their employees.
