    Pros

Bonds with certain coworkers and your customer base, if you're familiar with your area and neighbors. It can be made a steady job with hours if you prove yourself worth the time. Also competitive ESOP program and insurance.

    Cons

Those coworkers who try to throw you under the bus. Promises of promotions hardly fulfilled and used to keep you quiet and behaved. The culture and value system is the same in print, but far from what's preached in practice in management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't leave the disciplined, and knowledgeable go by the wayside till their breaking point. Some of the hires should be thought about twice.
