Really good company to work for but be careful about what store you end up in.

    Pros

Great benefits including paid time off, 401K, stock in the company, tuition reimbursement, and health insurance. Also very good/competitive pay.

    Cons

Management likes to talk about employees behind their back, high volume stores will eat you alive. Management does not care about overworking the employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Way too much drama to make a business run well.

I worked at Wawa part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

They can provide a lot of hours if you are seeking them, and seem to allow for advancement in the company though I was not looking to advance

    Cons

Workers can tend to be stuck with one task which can lead to work being very repetitive, also stores can get very crowded making speed and efficiency a necessity

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide better opportunities to teach new employees and allow them to become proficient in all tasks, so they do not get stuck with the same tasks daily
