“Very relaxing line of work, almost too easy. Challenges are hard to find.”
Current Employee – been working at Wawanesa Mutual
Pros – Very pleasant work environment as well as co-workers. Fantastic social club with the exception of only occasional jean Fridays. Benefits are well above the industry standard.
Cons – Management is not very good, specifically on the office administration side of things. Have heard many stories of disgruntled employees on the basis of promotions.
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure to engage with your employees as well as to know what is actually going on within the department in which you are overlooking
