This is a company to avoid. It has a culture that resists change at all costs, where "tradition" is used to bully and abuse employees.
They promote based on technical ability, so the managers have poor people skills.
Wawanesa has an established history of very large scale project failures - latest in October 2007 cost them $70 million. There was a previous one with EDS.
