Pros

Mostly independent work, great hard working staff, good benefits, time goes by quickly. Courses are paid for by the company. Good pension plan.

Cons

Picky disrespectful management that are too focused on the small things. Generally no feedback if you have done a job well, but if you make a mistake be prepared to hear about it again and again. Definitely favoritism shown towards some employees. I would not recommend anyone to work here in general as you are not treated as an adult. It is like working in a factory where production is the key factor to success. Poor training. Be prepared to be taught how to do something wrong, have your mistake reviewed by a supervisor, then get in trouble for it.

Advice to Senior Management

Be nice and show respect to employees. Show praise and recognition where it is due. It is not always the money that motivates people. Don't just promote people because they have worked there forever. Sometimes people lack the skills to be part of the management team.
