I have been working at Wayfair full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Break Room Snacks, and no, I'm not kidding.

    Cons

Superficial Management. Pay is embarrassing. Zero room for advancement. "Clicky" and no recognition.

    Advice to Management

Get real. And I mean everywhere. Treat people like they matter not like you are better. As for open door and "transparency", actually make an attempt. Any decisions made are all based on who you know and are not at all transparent. Nothing like finding out a major change in a "group meeting" setting.
