Health/Dental benefits

Pay isn't great (for customer service)

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on training more. A lot of product knowledge is expected from customer service reps in little time. Also need more availability. Not sure if its the same, but when I was there, CS managers were always in meetings which made it hard to settle certain issues that needed managerial authority.

Positive Outlook
