Not a bad place to start

Sales Consultant (Former Employee) Boston, MA

ProsHealth/Dental benefits
discount gym
social events
Normal 9-6 hours (time and a half o/t)
Break room/snack room

ConsNot easy to move up (more lateral movement rather than vertical)
Pay isn't great (for customer service)

Advice to Senior ManagementWork on training more. A lot of product knowledge is expected from customer service reps in little time. Also need more availability. Not sure if its the same, but when I was there, CS managers were always in meetings which made it hard to settle certain issues that needed managerial authority.

– I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
