Pros

They usually only have you work during the week. They pay isn't bad, but they could benefit by offering more of a profit sharing to its employees.

Cons

The work environment was terrible. The warehouse was scorching hot during the summer because there were not any a/c units in the warehouse, only the office. Some days it would reach almost 90 in the warehouse.

Advice to Senior Management

Air conditioning, first and foremost. There is a lot of food there that can spoil easily and with that high heat it won't take long.
