Management has no respect for the law or their employees.

ProsCan buy product at wholesale cost.
Company has national recognition and a strong relationship with Cub Foods and Walmart.
Working in a small company you get good experience

Consturnover is over 100 percent- 3 controllers in 2 years, 4 HR in 2 years, sales and purchasing is a revolving door.
unprofessional culture with executive management having no respect for employees.
Employees are micro managed, finger pointing is the norm, and cover yourself is the only way you can survive.

Advice to Senior Managementif employees were treated better and allowed to do what they were hired for, imagine what the company could accomplish. The company is gaining a reputation as a place you do not want to work.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    Pros: There are no pros with this company! While there are some good people to work with, they often leave when there is a shred… Cons: Appalling work culture, inhumane treatment of employees, upper management is a two-headed beast that will devour your soul and spit you out with no regard!… Advice to Senior Management: No advice to management, they will not change and are not capable of… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
