Cons

Priorities for projects constantly juggled, projects would all go from back burner to front burner at the same time, making resource allocation almost impossible.

Advice to Senior Management

Implement and stay with a phase-gate system, give each step time to complete, don't overpromiss on projects until enough testing can be complete. In other words, don't let the customers be the beta sites.
