Pros

health care is great
personnel are very nice
safety is a priority
work at your own pace no one tells you to go faster

Cons

no chance of advancement till you have been with the company for a long time
hard to ask for days off

Advice to ManagementAdvice

when an employee is working on one job for 20 years at least make him/her learn other machines
too repititive

    I have been working at Weatherford

    Pros

    Has lots of nice programs, software, products, etc. One of the major 4 service companies albeit at the bottom of that list. Pay can be higher than other companies to help compensate for the Cons.

    Cons

    Does not recognize the value of its employees. Lack of systems, processes, controls, employee development, pay reviews. Lack of employee mentoring, development and motivational measures.

    Wake up and stop thinking about profits - people are the most valuable asset you have and you're loosing them fast.
