Pros

Some of my co-workers are good people

Cons

Minimal salaries
No raises
No promotions
No career development
No training.
They just want to decrees the employee morale so you get tired and quit the job.
They keep promising about better working conditions that never arrive.

    Pretty good

    I worked at Web.com Inc

    Pros

Nice atmosphere, great team spirit, company values, activities and events, the industry, entry level career for youngsters, you feel respected coming to work by your supervisors and peers, benefits, hours, solid products, good brand, and monetary incentives

    Cons

Low pay for the booming tech industry (really, some folks are making about $2 over minimum wage) and minimal training offered (as brief as 3 days for some departments).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your employees by offering liveable wages/salaries, which will reduce the churn of employees and make the job a sustainable career instead of merely an entry point or stepping stone. Also invest more time and energy into training.
